15th Asian Seniors Squash Semi-Final Stage


Top seed and World No. 1 Nicole David of Malaysia defeated Indian [9/16] Dipika Pallikal in straight games 11-5, 11-5 & 11-2 to march towards what will be her 7 th Asian title in running.

Nicole will play the number Two Seed from Hong Kong Rebecca Chiu who beat fellow country woman Joey Chan 11-7, 11-9, 5-11, 15-17 & 11-4

The Indian Challenge in the individual event came to an end when Dipika’s compatriot Saurav Ghosal went down fighting to tournamnets Top Seed Malaysian Md. Azlan Iskander of 11-5, 11-6 & 11-5 .

Azlan now plays Amir Atlas Khan who beat another Pakistani Yasir Butt 11-6, 11-7, & 11-0
