Noida Squash Benefits and Services for Member Facilities

As a Individual Club / Institutional Member of Noida Squash, you may access all of the programs and services which we deliver. Most of these are available to members as part of their membership fees. These services are deliverable as mentioned below non delivery of any mentioned service on account of reasons beyond  control, will not amount to breach of the understanding.

Benefits Explained ….

Rules Clinics 

• Cost to Members: Rs. 150.00 /- per pax or Rs. 100.00 /- for a maximum of 3 pax from a club or institution
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 500.00 per participant up to 8 pax and /or Rs. 6,000 for a clinic of minimum 12 to maximum 15 pax with basic handout.
• Rules clinics are introductions to the rules of squash and are designed to provide the average club player with a basic understanding of the rules of the game and of the duties of the marker.
• They are theoretical and demonstrative representations of rules which are explained in match situation with the use of video recorded situations that are shown for better understanding of the rules. A LCD projector is a must for a group presentation larger than 5 pax.
• They are held in a classroom setting and last approximately three hours. Minimum number of attendance to organize such an event is 12-15 pax

Coaching Clinics 

• Cost to Members: Nil – except to and fro transportation plus meal as applicable. Cost of printing extra for a maximum of 10 pax from a club or institution
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 1000/- per participant up to 8 pax and /or Rs. 12,000 for a clinic of minimum 12 and maximum 15 pax together with to & fro transportation and meals as applicable with 1 copy of the handout.
• Coaching clinics are formal theoretical and demonstrative introductions to the game of squash which are designed to provide the average person with basic understanding of the game – appreciate it and start to play the game. Applicable more in institutions, schools and corporate. A LCD projector is a must for a group presentation larger than 5 pax. 
• They are held in a classroom setting and last approximately six to twelve hours. Minimum number of attendance to organize such an event is 12-15 pax

Abbreviated Rules of Squash Rules Sheet with Explanations & Illustrations and Videos

• Cost to Members:  FREE as email in PDF format.  For Illustrations and Videos discounts up to 50 % per set per institution. Check with Noida Squash for the Cost of the Videos integrated with power point.
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 150/- for PDF on email and or Rs. 500.00/- per printed booklet. Illustrations and videos can be bought at their respective Cost Prices – No discounts available for Non – Members. Check with Noida Squash for the Cost of the Videos integrated with power point. 
• Member clubs may access a PDF of the Abbreviated Rules of Squash with their club logo/name on it.  The PDF will be emailed upon request to clubs. Non members will have to pay for printing and design cost.

Score Pads

• Cost to Members: Rs. 0.00/- per master copy on email with tournament logo.
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs 5o.00 – tournament logo printed master copy on email or Rs. 100.00 for a set of 50 copies in black and white only
• Quantities of score sheets, utilized for in-house or other tournaments, are made available to member clubs only upon request.

Draw Sheets 

• Cost to Members: Rs. 0.00
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 5.00 each draw of 16,32 Rs. 15.00 for draws of 64 & 128
• Quantities of draw sheets, utilized for in-house or other tournaments, are made available to member clubs upon request.

Eye guard Stickers 

• Cost to Members: Rs. 20.00 /- per sticker
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 40.00 /- per sticker 
• Eye guard stickers, made specifically for court doors, are available to member clubs upon request. There are three different stickers available: Mandatory, Mandatory for Juniors, Strongly Recommended

Monthly Mailings 

• Cost to Members: Rs. 0.00
• Cost to Non-Members: Not available.
• Each month, Noida Squash e-mails flyers promoting all of the sanctioned events being held in Noida, State of UP, in India and around the world.
• These are of particular importance to many of the competitive players in the clubs.

Sanctioning of Events 

• Cost to Members: Rs. 10,000.00 /- for regular, bronze, silver and or gold events.
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 20,000.00/- for regular; Rs. 25,000.00/- for Bronze; Rs. 30,000.00/- for Silver and Rs. 35,000/- for Gold event. 
• The sanction fee includes 5 key components:

• New tournament software/draw maker for use on returnable basis.
• One Dozen Official Balls for more balls the organizers will have to make a formal request against payment.
• Design, printing &  mailing costs for clubs, institution’s promotional flyer
• Protection of club’s tournament date from other tournaments
• Marketing of the tournament and inviting healthy participation from out station including web listing
• Providing Tournament Director – 1 no + Tournament Referees – 2 to 5 no depending upon the level of the event
• Managing and Administering the Tournament.
• The Referees and other staff wil be entitled to meals and tea/coffee as the event and occasion requires.
• The above are for in-station tournaments any tournament outside the district the organizer has to arrange for transportation/ travel and boarding and lodging over and above the said charge.

Marketing & Website Listing /Promotion  

• Cost to Members: Rs. 0.00
• Cost to Non-Members: Rs. 10,000.00 /- tournament in case the tournament is not being sanctioned and services of the 1 available
• As more and more people use the internet to source information, your club listing and link to your website (if applicable) can be an extremely valuable  service.

Courting Courts  

• Cost to Members: Rs. 500.00 /- 
• Cost to Non-Members: Not Available to Non Members. 
• This program provides a complete package for the clubs, societies and schools to market its courts during their down time to neighboring schools and vice versa. Package includes sample introductory letter, flyer and a financial statement to show a club how implementing the “courting schools” program can generate new revenues for them to upkeep their resource.

Referrals:

• Cost to Members: Rs. 0.00
• Cost to Non-Members: Not available – We do not refer requests to Clubs / Institutions that are not registered with us members. 
• The Noida Squash office receives many, mails, calls and website queries from people seeking facility for playing and learning the sport of squash. These are only passed on the the closest member facility available.

Inter-Regional 

• Cost to Members: Registration Costs Only 
• Cost to Non-Members: Not eligible
• Local tournaments and League participation is an excellent way in which a club can showcase not only its players but its facility. Very often, league players in a club are the catalyst for successful programming.
• Club and institutions are encouraged to enter both men’s and women’s teams in leagues separate for Juniors & Seniors which offer competitive levels from A to E to, in some cases, veterans and masters.

Noida Squash Reserves the right to change, modify and withdraw any of the above if the Executive deems fit. No prior intimation regarding the same will be necessary.

Membership Packages & Privilages

Membership Packages

1. For Individuals other than students upto the age of 18 years the cost is Rs. 1,000/- per year payable each year as and when due. 
2. For Individuals Students (below the age of 18 years of age) the cost is Rs.  500/- per year payable each year as and when due. 
3. For Corporates, clubs, societies or Institutions  the cost is Rs. 5,000/- per year payable each year as and when due.
4. For those not listed in 1,2, & 3 the cost will be decided by the executive committee.
5. The Executive Committee of the Noida Squash can revise and has the right to increase the Membership Fee as and when it feels necessary 
6. Definition and Other Terms of Memberships as per guidelines are defined in the constitution of Noida Squash these are only available to registered members.  The membership form is available on-line and can be downloaded free of cost.

• Membership Number and Official Membership Card.
• 20% reduction on entry fee in all Squash Championships organised by or under the aegis of Noida Squash
•  eligibility for provincial ranking (senior, junior, doubles, masters)
• eligibility for participation and representation from twin Districts of Noida & Greater Noida
• eligibility in all local championships, and league matches as and when played 
• anyother benefit that Noida Squash deems fit it will be in a position to extend from time to time including discouted merchandise, subsidised facilities, subsidised coaching and much much more.
• invitation to social functions/events as and when organised by the Association.

• Privileges to Members maybe withdrawn if members are found working in contrary to the interest of Noida Squash. The body may or may not consult the Governing Council before taking this action. The reason for such withdrawal may not be shared with the member against who action is being taken.
